特徵描述

形態特徵

Rhizomes erect, stout, very scaly.
Fronds tufted, 40-120 cm long, deeply pinnatifid; stipes scaly at the base, markedly winged from the decurrent blade, deeply grooved; laminae ovate, quite variable with 2-5 pairs of lateral lobes below the terminal pinna, acute to acuminate, entire, glabrous, frequently each of the lower 2 pinnae with a similar but smaller lobe on the lower side; veins anastomosing, the larger areolae containing smaller ones with included veinlets.
Sori prominent, borne on ends of inculded veinlets; indusia large, orbicular-reniform.

台灣 : Growing in moist forests and wooded ravines.
世界 : South China, India, Ceylon, Burma, Thailand, Vietnam, the Ryukyus, the Philippines, Malay Isls., Indonesia and Polynesia.
